To fix	Theme demo text on every page The login popup says “User registration is disabled for demo purpose.” (Houzez demo text).
To fix	Theme demo testimonials in the database 4 “Testimonial” posts from 2016 copied from default.houzez.co. The homepage testimonials are separate and real.

To fix	Off-plan projects marked “Ready”: 30 found Their handover field says “Ready” but they are still tagged Off-Plan. Several show on your homepage under “Off-Plan Projects in Dubai”.
To fix	Off-plan projects whose handover date has passed: 56 For example Q2 2022, Q4 2024, Q3 2026. Some may just be delayed, so these need a quick check with the developer, not a bulk change.

Marked “Ready” but still under Off-Plan

These posts were made by hand, so the sync never changes them on its own. One click moves a project to Ready: it leaves the off-plan section and Apex Picks, and keeps its URL.
